‘The sea has spoken’

‘The sea has spoken’, is a works on paper mapping a walk from Balnarring to Somers on a day full of change, from calm seas to large waves coming in high to the shore.  The locals say they have never seen such erosion of the beach as that winter.

Watercolour and pastel on paper, Japanese mounting technique on wooden panel, with semi-gloss varnish.
